Objectives

To foster a spirit of partnership between parents, guardians, teachers, and the school.

To support the educational, social, and cultural development of students in line with the ethos of the school.

To act as a liaison between parents, guardians, and the school on matters of mutual interest.

To organise events, activities, and fundraising initiatives to enhance the school environment.

To encourage parental involvement in the school community in a positive and constructive manner.

To promote an inclusive and welcoming environment for all families.
Membership

All parents and guardians of students enrolled at Cuan na Gaillimhe Community National School are automatic members of the PTA.
​

All teachers and school staff are also considered members.
​

Membership is voluntary, and there are no fees or subscriptions required.

Our Parent–Teacher Association (PTA) plays a vital role in creating the best possible learning environment for our students. Through fundraising and volunteer efforts, the PTA helps provide resources and experiences that go beyond the regular school budget.
